Proverbs 12:18 says, “…the tongue of the wise
promotes health.”
Our purpose for providing this website and these
resources is to promote health among God’s people.
We encourage you to put it to the test - begin right
now to obey these eight divine laws of health that
God established to keep the human body in optimal
health.

Take the First Step

Take the first step, then stay the course, step-by-
step. Your weight and health goals may seem
insurmountable, but I guarantee you that, with
God’s help, they are attainable.
Philippians 4:13 says, “I can do all things through
Christ who strengthens me.” ALL THINGS! You can
do this, and God will help you do it.
I guarantee you, if you start today and remain
consistent for the next year, by this time next year
you will be amazed at the transformation. Let’s do
this!
