Healthy Weight 2020

On January 1, 2019, I uploaded to YouTube the first in a series of videos entitled Healthy Weight 2020. I have read A LOT of books and done extensive research on health and nutrition. I plan to write a book, condensing everything that Marshia and I have learned, by reading and through personal experience, down to a few hundred pages.
